An AI consultant for Irish small businesses
Tara Elzingre is an AI Strategist who helps owner-led teams of 5–50 people decide where AI actually fits — then put it to work. In person in Kerry and Munster, online across Ireland and the UK.
What an AI consultant actually does
Strategy, governance and adoption — not installing software. Mapping workflows, picking the two or three use cases worth doing, putting a short AI use policy in place, and training the team.
