What the EU AI Act requires of Irish employers

Article 4 of the EU AI Act places a duty on every organisation that deploys AI systems — Irish SMEs included — to make sure the people using those tools have a sufficient level of AI literacy, proportionate to their role. The obligation has applied since 2 February 2025 and covers private and public sector employers across Ireland. Our sessions give you role-appropriate training plus a session summary you can keep on file as evidence.
