The AI Strategy Sprint costs €950, incl. 23% VAT. This is the fixed price for 3 sessions over 2 weeks, a 12-month AI roadmap and 60-day support. Team courses and workshops are separate services with scope and pricing agreed before booking.
What is included in the Sprint?
The three sessions cover discovery and an audit of your workflows, tools and workflow design, and implementation planning. You leave with prioritised use cases, recommended tools, a documented AI strategy, an AI governance policy and a 12-month roadmap, with 60-day support.
Is the Sprint the same as an AI training course?
No. The Sprint is a business-specific strategy engagement: it helps you decide where AI fits and what to do next. Courses build practical skills in a particular topic. If you need both a plan and team training, start with a discovery call to discuss the right sequence; the Sprint price does not include a separate team course.
Who is the Sprint best suited to?
It is designed for owner-led businesses of 5–50 people that want a clear AI plan before investing in more tools. It is useful when you have repeatable work, too much administration or uncertainty about which AI opportunities deserve your time. You do not need a technical background.
Course content and delivery
What will I learn on an AI training course?
Content depends on the course you choose. Foundational courses cover AI essentials and AI literacy for leaders. Applied courses cover building an AI roadmap, marketing and content creation, and productivity tools. Sector courses cover finance and operations, HR and talent acquisition, and professional services. The focus is practical business use, not learning to code.
Can I learn Canva AI or ChatGPT specifically?
Yes. Dedicated Canva training covers brand kits, reusable templates, documents and presentations, AI features and team approvals, with human checks. ChatGPT training is also available for teams and individuals. Discuss your current tools and the work you want to improve so the training can be scoped appropriately.
How long are the courses, and do they award CPD points?
The listed foundational and sector courses are three-hour half-day courses with 3 CPD points. Applied courses are six-hour full-day courses with 6 CPD points. Bespoke programmes have a custom duration and CPD allocation. Learners who complete the course assessment receive a CPD certificate and digital badge. Check the individual course listing for its delivery format.
Where is AI training available in Ireland?
Tara is based in Tralee, County Kerry. In-person delivery covers Kerry and Munster, including Killarney, Cork and Limerick. Live online training is available across Ireland and the UK. Group bookings can be scoped for your team’s preferred format.
Does AI training guarantee EU AI Act compliance?
No. Role-appropriate AI literacy training and training records can support your approach to Article 4 of the EU AI Act, but a course alone does not guarantee compliance. Your organisation still needs to consider how it uses AI, the people involved, data protection and appropriate policies.
